Earn Commission WITHOUT being an Employee!

• Refer a friend, co-worker, or any healthcare provider you come in contact with and earn Referral Commissions……Simply!
  
  
• Earn $250.00 for referring an Licensed Practical Nurse or $500.00 for referring a Registered Nurse!
  
  
• Earn commissions quickly….after the employee works just 100 hours within their first 90 days of employment!

• You cannot be an employee of Temps Inc. An Employee is defined as someone who has worked for Temps Inc. in the past 12 months.
  
  
• You must submit your Referral Partner Request within 14 days of the candidate's application date.
  
  
• The candidate must indicate your name on the original application as the referral source.
  
  
• The candidate must complete 100 hours of service with Temps Inc. within the first 90 days of applying for employment.
  
  
• Payments will be made within 90 days (usually much sooner) of the candidate's completion of 100 hours of employment.
  
  
• Temps Inc. will not withhold tax. It is your responsibility to report income for tax purposes.
  
  
• Any Referral Partner who earns more than $600.00 annually in a calendar year will receive a 1099, per State and Federal Tax Code.
