  St. Louis, Missouri. September 17, 2008 — Temps Inc. ( www.americannurse.com ), a national provider of supplemental healthcare professionals, announced today that it has completed and closed its’ acquisition of BrightMed, Inc., a national provider of travel healthcare professionals.  
     
  “We are pleased to have closed the BrightMed transaction. The combined company will offer both per diem and travel options to our employees and clients, have a dramatic impact on our database of quality candidates, and offer additional opportunities for growth . ” stated Todd Kane, president and chief executive officer of Temps Inc.  
     
  In a statement, Richard Riezman, the company’s chairman stated “Our strategy for 2008 was to identify opportunities for growth, both organically and through acquisitions.   TEMPS INC. ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF TEAMSTAFF’S PER DIEM BUSINESS UNIT  
     
  St. Louis, Missouri. January 30, 2008 — Temps Inc. (www.americannurse.com), a national provider of supplemental healthcare professionals, announced that it has acquired TeamStaff Inc.’s Nursing Innovations. The transaction is expected to close on January 31, 2008.

  TEMPS INC. ANNOUNCES JCAHO HEALTHCARE STAFFING SERVICES CERTIFICATION  
     
  St. Louis, Missouri. December 23, 2007 — Temps Inc. (www.tempsinc.net), a national provider of supplemental healthcare professionals, announced that it has achieved the Gold Seal of Approval TM for health care staffing services from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organization (JCAHO).  
     
  Temps Inc. underwent an unannounced, on-site review of its compliance with national standards addressing how staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of their staff, how they place their staff, and how they monitor staff’s performance.
