You will receive a free pair of scrubs after the completion of your first forty hours of work with Temps Inc. Each and every time you complete an additional 100 hours or more in a calendar month, you can request an additional pair of scrubs at no cost to you! Scrubs can also be purchased through a payroll deduction at the special price of only $25.00 per pair! (A Scrub Request must be completed and submitted to your local branch for approval and processing.)

Direct Deposit
    Save Yourself A Trip!
Simply complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form and submit it to your local branch office. Your weekly payroll check will be deposited directly to an account of your choosing, including your Global Cash Card if you like. Make sure to include a voided check or contact your banking institution for the routing numbers (a deposit slip will not work as the routing numbers are different and this will result in serious processing delays).

    Rapid Pay  
    Get Paid The Easy Way……The Rapid Way!
Submit your completed timeslip, signed by the Client, by 10am Monday through Friday and your money will be deposited onto your Global Cash Card by 4:00pm on the same day. There is no need to come to the office to pick up a check. Money is deposited to your Temps issued Global Cash Card, with no monthly fees, no check cashing fees, No sign up fees and no hassles. Timeslips submitted after 10am cannot be processed for Rapid Pay and will be processed for the next day. Only timeslips from the current week (with the exception of your previous weeks timeslips submitted on Monday) can be put onto your Global Card, so make sure you get those timeslips in each and every day! You will receive 65% of your gross wages and then you will receive the remaining portion on your weekly check or direct deposit each Friday!

    Health Insurance Subsidy  
    Here’s To Your Health!
Temps Inc. wants happy and healthy employees! To that end we have developed a unique benefit to help you pay for independently purchased health insurance. This benefit will pay either all or part of the premiums you pay for a health insurance plan. It is easy to get health insurance for you or your family by visiting ehealthinsurance.com or any other source for insurance that you choose!

Here’s how it all works:

  • Purchase health insurance through www.ehealthinsurance.com or any other reputable source.

  • Submit proof of payment, along with a completed Benefit Request Form to your local Branch by the 10th of the month for the previous month

  • Once approved by the Branch and the National Service Center, you will be reimbursed according to the following schedule:
If you worked 160 or more hours in the month you will receive up to $300
If you worked 140-159 hours in the month you will receive up to $250
If you worked 120-139 hours in the month you will receive up to $200
If you worked 100-119 hours in the month you will receive up to $125
If you worked 80-99 hours in the month you will receive up to $100

    Continuing Education Benefit  
    We Support You!
We want to participate in your ongoing education and have developed this benefit to provide reimbursement for eligible continuing education. As an employee of Temps Inc. you can earn up to $150.00 each quarter to a maximum of $600.00 annually for approved continuing education programs/classes.

Simply take an approved course (check with your local Branch BEFORE taking the course to get approval), submit proof of payment along with your certificate of completion along with a Benefit Request Form to your local Branch and we will reimburse you up to $150.00 each quarter.

    Temps Internship Program  
    Expand Your Horizons!
Although Temps Inc. requires a minimum of one year of recent experience, we have developed a program which allows us to provide nurses who lack the experience the chance to get it! This program is great for new graduates as well as current nurses who desire to work in a specialty area such as ICU or ED.

We will work with our Clients to establish an opportunity for you to gain the necessary experience! The rate of pay will be commiserate with your experience but you will have the opportunity to expand your horizons, gain valuable experience and get all the benefits of working for an “agency” can provide including great pay!

    Rapid Referral  
    Refer A Friend And Get Cash Quick!
We hope you enjoy working for Temps Inc so much that you will refer every healthcare provider you come in contact with to join our family! This is simply the best referral program in the industry and pays you real money….real quick!

Refer an RN, PT, OT, Nuc Med Tech or SLP and receive $3500…quick! You will receive $100.00 after the referred employee works their first shift, and additional $400.00 after they complete an additional 100 hours and then $1000.00 for each additional 400 hours to a maximum of $3500.00!

Refer an LPN, PTA, COTA or Rad Tech and receive $2000.00…..quick! You will receive $100.00 after the referred employee works their first shift, an additional $400.00 after they complete an additional 400 hours and then $500.00 for each additional 400 hours worked to a maximum of $2000.00!

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make! Please keep in mind that if you refer just three RN’s each year who meet the hours criteria you could receive an additional $10,500.00 in referral money!     Your Safety Matters!
We are always looking for ways to improve employee safety and have developed a unique benefit that allows employees to purchase specially designed shoes that help to prevent slips and falls! It is simple….visit shoesforcrews.com or ask your branch for a catalog. Decide on the shoes for you (must be white and appropriate for work), complete the Shoe Request and we will take care of the rest! Temps Inc. will pay up to 25% of the cost and the remaining balance will be withheld via a payroll deduction!

Premium benefits
       
    The Prescriptions Benefit Summary is just that, a summary of the benefits we offer at Temps Inc. These benefits are voluntary on the part of Temps Inc., and are subject to change or cancellation at any time, with or without notice. All benefits are at the discretion of the President of Temps Inc. All benefits require Branch approval. Benefits cannot be processed, or paid out in the form of Rapid Daily Pay or on your Global Cash Card. Benefit pay outs may require up to thirty days to process, and will be issued with the weekly payroll.

All employees are required to attach documentation to a completed Benefit/Scrub or Referral Request in accordance with company policy.

All employees are required to be in Good Standing and maintain an Active status which means you must work a minimum of three shifts per month. All benefits are voluntary and may be modified, discontinued, or suspended at any time and with or without notice for any reason including performance related issues. These benefits went into effect October 01, 2004 and replace any and all benefits in place at that time. Previous benefits will terminate on October 01, 2004. It is your responsibility to review these benefits carefully and to ask any questions you may have.

    Uniform Benefit  
    Employee must submit a Scrub Request and meet the eligibility requirements as stated in the Benefits Summary.  
       
    Direct Deposit  
    We Support You!
Employee must submit a completed Direct Deposit Authorization form along with appropriate routing numbers. It can take up to three weeks for the direct deposit to take effect. In order to cancel a Direct Deposit, a two week notice is recommended and must be submitted in writing.
 
       
    Rapid Pay  
    Rapid Pay is only available for the current week; time slips must be submitted to the local branch no later than the Monday following the completed shift. Time slips not submitted in compliance with this policy will be processed with the weekly payroll. Only timeslips from the current week (with the exception of your previous weeks timeslips submitted on Monday) can be put onto your Global Card.

Excessive Call-Offs, No Call No Shows or other performance related issues can result in Rapid Pay privileges being revoked.

Time slips for the current week must be submitted by 10am and your money will be deposited on your Global Cash Card by 4:00pm that same day. no exceptions!
 
       
    Health Insurance Subsidy  
    Employee must purchase a reputable health plan. All receipts/proof of payment, along with other required documentation must be submitted to the Branch by the 10th of each month for the previous month. Failure to submit by the 10th will result in your forfeiting the benefit for that month.  
       
    Continuing Education Benefit  
    Employee must get pre-approval from the branch before taking the course/class. Failure to receive pre-approval will result in your request being denied. Acceptable classes are those needed for license renewal or classes being taken to further your current healthcare career.  
       
    Rapid Referral  
    The referred employee must work the required hours within their first year of employment. You must complete a Referral request and submit it to your Branch within seven days of the referred employee’s date of hire. The referred employee must indicate on their original application that you were the referral source. No exceptions! The date of hire will be determined by the date the candidate places on the original application.  
       
    Shoes For Crews  
    In order to qualify, you must be an employee in good standing and be working a minimum of 3 shifts per month. You must complete the Shoe Request. Your order will be processed once the payroll deduction has been made (minus the 25% that we pay of course. Each pair of shoes ordered will result in a $5.50 shipping charge and the shoes will ship directly to the branch location.
